General Return Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 working days of placing your order. For pre-order items, the 30-day period begins once the order is received.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions and send them back to the customer.
Please note that sale and promotional items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once a product has been purchased at a set price, we cannot apply future discounts or refunds to that product in the event of an exchange.
Shipping Responsibility

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the courier chosen.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
Please ensure all returns are sent using recorded delivery as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Inspection and Processing
All returned items will be carefully inspected once received.
If the product is found to be damaged, dirty, or not in sellable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to the customer.
Items that require further review will be handled by a specialist team, which may extend processing time.
Please allow up to 21 working days for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued for the item’s paid amount only (excluding shipping fees) and will follow your payment provider’s refund timelines.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for eligible items.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping for the replacement item.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 30 days of placing it.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days after being placed.

If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, and within the 30-day cancellation window, the order can be successfully canceled and fully refunded.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead be processed as a standard return under our return policy.

Please keep your shipping receipt or proof of return, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
